Set a number based on the number of riveting times required for a single component. Prevent manual riveting of parts from missing rivets. When automatically sending nails (screws and bolts), there is a nail pressure counting, and if there are no nails, there is no pressure counting, truly achieving leak proof riveting.

Riveting Count

The counter counts once every time the machine tool works. This is to track the total number of product riveting, facilitating the management of equipment efficiency.

Positive limit function

Effectively prevent deformation or scratching of soft materials such as aluminum, copper, and materials with a thickness of less than 1.0mm that have been sprayed or specially treated before riveting.
